The setting was gorgeous, all woodwork, beds were super comfy and the bathroom was spotless. The solvent smell from the wood was pretty strong, but I’d say it’s normal for that type of building; we slept with the windows closed because of the temperature and the odor faded. The only downside was the lack of hand soap.

The old building was beautifully restored, and the spacious family room had exposed beams and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, freshly made to order. The only issue was the missing insect screen on the windows— it was hot and the mosquito spray didn’t cut it.

Everything was very clean and very quiet. The only complaint was having to haul the big suitcase up the stairs to the floor.

The accommodation was charming, in a quiet spot very close to Jelgava. The room was tidy, orderly, with an interesting old‑house vibe. The bed was comfortable and they offered several pillows, which was nice. In the morning and during the day, there were tasty meals available at democratic prices. The staff were very responsive. The only annoyance was that there was no TV in the room, which I’m used to and find it a bit ordinary. I would have liked a conditioner too, since it was fairly warm and it was hard to sleep at night.

The room matched the pictures perfectly. Self‑check‑in worked well, the beds were soft, and the space was very roomy. The only downside was that the room was dusty.
