Can’t really figure out what I like about this hotel. Probably the only good thing is cheap. Overall cleanliness needs to be improved. Dusty floor, the pillow case was yellowish. And I requested to replace, and it was better. Extra pillow request required to be charged rm3 per night. And the pillow is smelly As a budget hotel, I wouldn’t expect much. But please ensure the cleanliness is good. Please change the pillows if it gets too dirty

The room was very clean and spacious, with each bed having its own socket, light, and desk, plus a window, strong shower pressure, and cold air conditioning. We added breakfast, but the portions were quite small. We were told it would arrive before 9 a.m., yet it only came after 9 a.m. after we had to call a reminder.

I had a somewhat inconsistent stay at this hotel. The morning receptionist was incredibly helpful and made a great first impression, but unfortunately, the night shift receptionist had a rather unfriendly attitude, which was a letdown. The hotel's overall atmosphere was pleasant, but the morning staff's kindness made a big difference in my experience.

I'm having trouble summarizing my stay at this hotel because, honestly, it was just good. I'm not sure what else to say, but I suppose the hotel lived up to my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the amenities were satisfactory. It was a solid, unremarkable experience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. While the lobby was pleasant enough, the real problems began when I entered my room. The bed was ridiculously itchy, and the air conditioning system seemed to circulate unpleasant odors from the toilet and possibly even cigarette smoke. It was a bit of a challenge to get a good night's sleep with all the distractions.
