The place was very clean and well equipped. I had a nightmare with the Wi‑Fi: it didn’t work, I called to try to fix it and was told I’d be called back, but that never happened on the first night. I then had to call the Wi‑Fi company, which took half an hour to troubleshoot. Eventually the Wi‑Fi worked only temporarily and was intermittent—mostly not working, which was not ideal with several teenagers!

The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The original key‑safe code was wrong, but the helpful operator gave me the correct one. Still, the key didn’t always work, and sometimes I had to lock myself inside the patio and jump out. It would be helpful to have a closing kitchen bin.

The accommodation was lovely, clean, and spacious, and the welcome email was pleasant. We reported a missing microwave, plates, mugs, and cutlery, and Vicky replaced everything promptly; she was very helpful and polite, making this the best customer service I’ve experienced. The Wi‑Fi was intermittent but improved on Sunday evening. The light in the ensuite wasn’t working, which we didn’t report at the time, but they would have replaced it. The opening patio doors were great, though they could be a hazard for children because there’s a big drop and no deck. Overall, it was very good for a group of scuba‑diving adults.

Clean and well-located caravan, but that's where the positives end. Finding the place was a struggle due to lack of signage for unit 24, and the door was a pain to open and close - daylight was streaming in when it was shut. The kitchen was a letdown, no microwave or coffee machine like they'd advertised, and some lights weren't working. To top it off, there were only three forks for a six-person caravan - pretty basic stuff.
