The place felt like a dumpster; Ben was clearly out of his mind when he asked how my stay was, even though I couldn’t stay there and had to find another spot. I tried to reach bookings.com for a refund, but the site played games and I never filed a complaint or got my money back. This spot should be removed from your listings because it doesn’t match any expectations and the pictures are completely false advertising. The property sits on a busy street, has no gate, is filthy, and the staff couldn’t even locate my booking. They were unprofessional, smoked in front of me, drank alcohol right in my presence, and I was expected to feel comfortable with that.

There’s nothing to like about a dirty property. The room was filthy, the bathroom looked like it had been left to rot and even had mold. Curtains were extremely dirty and there were cockroaches.

The location is great. It’s a lovely unit in a perfect spot; they should just fix it up. The toilet was broken, there was no toilet paper or tea spoons. Nobody ever came to ask if I was okay or needed anything. It was very noisy, there wasn’t enough bedding so I was very cold, no bed lamps, and only a plug at the fridge, not at the bed.

I liked nothing about that place, except for the Wifi. Everything needs to be improved.
