I liked everything—the staff were very attentive, especially when we were ill, and they took great care of us. The rooms were spotless and tidy, the food was excellent, and the location is great. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, the daily morning center and breakfast by the pool gave us a calm and relaxing feeling. I returned to Sweden feeling refreshed and grateful for the outstanding experience and service. As a native of Chanchamay, I’m happy to see that my homeland still has such hospitable people. Highly recommended, guys. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The breakfast was top-notch, and the service was great. We were a family of four, and when we headed down to the dining area, there was a reserved table with our room number on it. The staff were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel's facilities were really nice, but that's about it. Unfortunately, there wasn't much else to say, as our stay was pretty uneventful.
