I loved everything about the property, my room, the nature, the peace, the food, and the breakfast; Asty was brilliant, full of good vibes, super helpful, and welcoming, making me feel part of the Deepsky Villa family, and I was already planning my next visit while packing; Theo was amazing, full of knowledge, and I enjoyed stargazing with him and other guests; Nessi and Kumis were the sweetest cats on the island.

The villa I stayed in was so beautiful with stained glass panels on the walls. A gorgeous carved wood bed was the centre piece of the room but there was plenty of room for a night stand, desk and clothing rack with hangers. The bathroom was equally spacious with a separate shower area (hot water!). Venny and Jacq own Deep Sky and have created an paradisiacal oasis with flowering shrubs everywhere and many of them scented. There is a beautiful pool and each villa has a veranda with two quality wood chairs and a table for sitting out and enjoying the view (you can even see the ocean with it's many hues of aqua blue). Asty is a great cook and baker and a wonderful breakfast is included. There are several selections to choose from each day. Don't miss dinner though, it's equally delicious! Theo is the resident astronomer who provides "Star gazing" evenings. There are four telescopes onsite and an observatory. It is so amazing to see the moon up close. He will even attach your phone to the telescope to take a photo of the moon! We also saw Venus, various star clusters, a nebula etc. I learned so much! Venny and Asty are very helpful to arrange for snorkel trips (very reasonable price) or whatever else you may choose to do. If you are comfortable renting a scooter then you can easily get around this small island. I wasn't sure about it so got rides for a very reasonable amount from the staff when they were available. I highly recommend Deep Sky Villa!
