A warm welcome greeted me, but the bathroom smelled like sewers and the night was very noisy because the windows weren't double‑glazed enough to dampen street sound.

The front desk team was incredibly helpful and some rooms offer an excellent view, plus the location is great! I have no complaints, but people with limited mobility should know the elevator starts on the 1st floor (2nd floor to Americans) and a flight of stairs must be climbed; the front desk will gladly carry luggage if you ask.

The quality of the reception and the location are excellent.

The proximity to Basilique Saint‑Sernin and a metro station, plus the charm of the old town with plenty of dining options, is fantastic. The beds are good, rooms are quiet in an older building, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are friendly. I even found a laundromat nearby. The downside is the lift only starts on the 1st floor and the reception is also on the 1st floor; if needed, staff will help with luggage.

The staff were very lovely and helpful. I had a cozy single room with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast was excellent with homemade juices and jams. The location could not be better. The only thing I didn't like was that Navy was not entirely clear with the route through the tightly regulated city streets; passersby helped 😅
