“I need my money back. Commitment was not done properly”

The hotel's rates were a bit of a mystery - I booked for 12040 BD taka for 5 nights, but they ended up charging me 14460 BD taka for the same period. On the other hand, the room itself was decent and the staff were friendly, which made the stay not bad at all.
