The hotel sits on a hill with a beautiful view of the mountains and most of the Eastern side. There are two springs, 22 and 2C, nearby. The room feels homely and is impeccably clean. The hosts are polite and pleasant, always ready to help with advice and action. Breakfast and dinner were always delicious. The hotel grounds are well maintained with flowers, an artificial pond, and a green lawn.

We chose this place based on reviews and didn’t regret it; my wife and I were very impressed, and the hotel exceeded our expectations! It felt like visiting relatives, with constant home comfort and coziness. The room was spacious, more than enough for two people, with a roomy bathroom and a small fridge in the room. The breakfasts deserve special mention – they’re amazing, highly recommend trying them. It was a surprise for us because the portions were king‑size, we barely left the table, and each morning offered a new breakfast, so you never know what you’ll eat next. I love those surprises =) We absolutely loved it and want to return next year because we can’t find a cozier place.

Only the best impressions remain from staying at this place. The hosts are incredibly hospitable, and you want to come back again. Perfect cleanliness, home comfort, comfortable conditions, a blooming courtyard, and cute cats. Also, the breakfasts are tasty, with large portions, restaurant presentation, delicious pastries, coffee, and tea anytime. Thanks to Mr. Oleksandr and Mrs. Nataliya for such a warm welcome.

I could order breakfast even though it wasn't included in the room rate, and it was absolutely delicious, never the same dish twice, with huge portions that would last all day. Coffee, tea, and bottled water were available around the clock.
