The place feels welcoming, and being on the ground floor isn’t a problem. The courtyard is equipped and a nice spot to relax under garden umbrellas. Mrs Carmen was kind and willing to meet my needs. A faint background noise at night—maybe from an external AC or the harbor area—could be annoying.
