Udara bagus, tanaman bagus hanya kurang dirawat. Lokasi di perumahan tidak ada pemandangan, bantal guling sangat tidak layak pakai, barang2 support villa sudah tidak layak perlu ganti/ usang. Kamar mandi di bawah semua
