The hotel is superb, the only downside is its distance from the city center "the Prophet’s Mosque," and the air‑conditioner noise is loud.

The staff are cooperative, the place is clean, and a bus to the Mosque is provided, but the fifth‑floor lounge and corridor lack air‑conditioning, which is bad especially in summer.
