“We arrived early and asked if we can check in early but instead checked in at 4:30 PM as the manager forgot to let clean”

The advertised 4‑bedroom suite turned out to be a 3‑bedroom flat somewhere else, on the top floor of a bad building with no lift, old structure, water leaked from the ceiling on a rainy day, hot water wasn’t working, taps were broken, and I ran out of space.

The location was perfect, and Madam Tamara and Zubaida were very helpful and cooperative, but the road noise made it impossible to sleep and there was no juice at breakfast.

The hotel was great, fun, excellent, with a superb location close to Chisle station and OSMAN BI station between them and near Jewhar Mall; all the staff—Tamara, Ily, Zainab, and the Sudanese—were good. The place is on the road and close to everything in Chisle.
