“Karena kelelahan aja, akhirnya menginap di sini”
The location is strategic and close to the city, making transportation easy, but the sheets were not clean.
The staff were really friendly, the place was clean, and it offered good value.
The rooftop terrace and smart TV were nice, but the bedding was gray, stained, and there were cockroaches in the room.

There was nothing to like about the place, yet the staff responded quickly and were helpful; however, the property was infested with bugs, roaches appeared as soon as we opened the door, the AC was broken but the staff moved us to another room and fixed it there, and the location was terrible—traffic was a nightmare.

The room was fine and the staff were friendly, but after staying 8 nights I found only instant spaghetti for breakfast and the rooftop was no longer open; this was my fourth stay and I was quite disappointed—after 16:00 I had to buy drinks at the supermarket, and it’s a shame the hotel has been scaled back.
