“Avoid if possible, fraud”

The owner demanded payment upfront, never appeared or answered the phone, and left me stranded on the street; I had to find another hotel. It was a total scam—avoid if you can. The owner took the money and delivered no service.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable for a short stay; the bed is very cozy, the Nespresso machine and capsules are a huge plus, the bathroom is roomy, and the room itself is spacious. The host is very polite and replied quickly to our messages, with clear instructions, and the location is great. The only downside was that opening the windows was a bit noisy because there’s a bar or café right in front that stays open late and opens early, and the parking entrance is narrow, but we were prepared for that, so it didn’t cause any problems.

“DOS DIAS DE ESTANCIA EN SPLIT”

The apartment is very close to the bus and ferry station and only a 10‑minute walk from the city center. The room is very large and clean, and checking in was easy thanks to the host’s directions. There’s a coffee machine with free capsules and a fridge. Great value for money and highly recommended. The area is very quiet but has restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I liked everything.

“Rooms were beautiful with everything we needed. Very close to the old town and the beach”

The room was fully equipped, spotless, and situated right next to everything in Split, so I had no complaints.
