Everything and everyone were amazing. The team went above and beyond to make our wedding night special, even letting us take photos and congratulating us. We would have liked a variety of pillows to choose from; the standard ones were too soft.

The service, ambience, food, and the Moscow Mule were all flawless. The room we stayed in had a slight musty smell and needed airing out, but everything else was great.

The hotel's stunning architecture and beautifully designed rooms were a major draw for us, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by poor communication from the staff. We'd booked spa sessions in advance, but they kept getting postponed, which really threw a wrench in our weekend plans. To make matters worse, the selection of drinks was limited, so we ended up buying our own.

The service at this place was top-notch, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that really made us feel at home. The music and interior design were also absolutely stunning, but unfortunately, some of the dishes we ordered were a bit too salty for our taste. Still, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and we'd definitely consider coming back.
