The spot is close to Mahidol University, but the room is dirty with a lot of dust and mold in the bathroom, sink, and fridge, as if it hasn't been cleaned; the bathroom smells like urine, the bed is old and dirty—especially the pillows are old and stinky; most staff are foreigners who speak poorly and lack manners, and the few Thai staff present seem unfriendly.

Breakfast is okay, the location is convenient for errands and transport, and the parking is spacious. However, when I stepped out of the car I saw litter like scraps of paper, snack bags, and a bit of debris near the stairs, as if no one had swept that area—though it could be wind.

The room has a table, bed, TV, wardrobe, etc. The Wi‑Fi signal is unstable and unusable, and the air‑conditioner remote doesn’t work.
