The location, staff, and views are great, but the bathroom was poor—showering on the side was not good.

The location is perfect and the hotel is charmingly small, with staff who are very friendly and helpful; roadworks nearby didn’t bother us at all.

The location was good, the check‑in staff were friendly, and the room was very clean, yet there were no extra pillows, bed linen, iron, or ironing board, and a few UHT milk cartons in the refreshment set would have been nice.

The hotel sits perfectly in Taormina’s old town, making it easy to come and go, and the rooftop pool with stunning views is a highlight on hot days. It’s a 20‑minute uphill walk from the bus station, and once there you face 41 stairs to the reception; I’d suggest taking a taxi to the back door and using the intercom. I wish I’d known this earlier. My sister and I shared a junior suite on the top floor—same as the pool floor—where the glass shower couldn’t be screened, which felt odd.

Located in the city center, the breakfast is fairly complete for a hotel of this size, and the bathroom amenities are from Nuxe; however, the shower pressure was low and there was mold or use‑related grime in the joints.
