Everything was great. The little Italian breakfast in the café downstairs was nice, and that’s where we picked up the key. The only downside was parking on the street, which feels like a universal problem across Italy.

The room’s location was superb and the view was stunning. The town itself was comfortable, with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and an evening stroll around the old town was delightful. On the downside, the kitchen was dirty and poorly equipped; there were no clean pots or cups, making it hard to even brew coffee, and basic tools like a wine opener were missing. The single bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the pillow was low quality, so sleep was difficult. Additionally, the handrail was loose and unsafe to lean on, and the table was wobbly.
The staff’s kindness in welcoming us was appreciated; we arrived at 23:45 due to a five‑hour delay with our flight. Everything else was great.
