I was thoroughly disappointed with this hotel, the only redeeming quality being its proximity to Q mall, which still required me to use online transportation. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a dirty room with a lot of dust and bed bugs, which made me and my friends who were staying with me cough. The bathroom was clogged and flooded, and the air conditioning wasn't working, forcing us to switch rooms.

The beds were comfortable, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. The entire hotel was extremely dirty, with mold on the walls and ceiling. Our window overlooked a hotel corridor, which was brightly lit all night, making our room feel like it was daytime. I wouldn't recommend staying here again.

We were initially pleased with the hotel's location, as it was familiar to us from our visit in 2011. However, our expectations were dashed upon seeing the current state of the hotel. The staff at the reception were friendly, but the room's cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom, was subpar (dirty tiles, clogged sink, missing toilet paper, and only available upon request).
I found the hotel to be peaceful and serene, but unfortunately, there were no negative experiences to report.
