I was disappointed by the lack of basic supplies: we stayed 4 nights and never received clean towels, even after asking. We had to buy extra toilet paper ourselves, and there was no coffee or kettle for tea. The bed only had a thin sheet and no blanket was provided. The location is good, but I would not recommend staying here.

The spot was nice, but the odor was unbearable and forced us to find another place. They refused to change rooms or fix the AC that wasn’t working. The room was filled with strong mold that made both of us sick and vomit within an hour, making it impossible to stay. The AC was broken and the balcony faced a backyard where trash bins are kept; the smell didn’t come from the bins but from within the room, which was painted black, probably to mask the mold. Leaving the doors open let the stench spread into the entrance, so we closed them to keep other tenants from smelling it. A better option was only 5 minutes away, with great restaurants 10 minutes from the city center.

The location is great because Via Chiaia is right in the center, close to Piazza del Plebiscito and Via Toledo. The Chiaia metro line has no fixed schedule and closes on Sunday afternoons, making it hard to rely on it. The property doesn’t allow you to leave luggage after checkout, and the place listed as a luggage storage was closed.

La posizione della struttura era ottima. Anche il self-check in è stato facile e intuitivo. L'aria condizionata perfetta. La pulizia e la cura per i dettagli sono da rivedere. I flaconi del detergente mani e della doccia erano vuoti. La stanza in generale non era pulitissima. Soprattutto il balconcino affacciava su un cortile interno dove viene tenuta la spazzatura e abbiamo dovuto tenere le finestre chiuse sempre. Non è certo qualcosa di inaccettabile ma da fare presente forse

I recommend staying in this apartment. It’s located right in the center, making it easy to get around the city. The apartment is clean, very pleasant, and modernly furnished. The owners are friendly and helpful. I would choose this apartment again.
