The location was the only good thing, but the noise from residents fighting, vaping, and the dirty pool made it not worth enjoying.

The exterior was upgraded and breakfast was nice, the bathroom and shower pressure were good, but the interior furniture and rugs were a bit stained; if they upgrade the flooring and furniture, it could be a 9.
