The staff were incredibly kind, but the first room was disappointing: the cleaner had missed a lot, the air smelled stale, the bins were still full, and there were only milk packets—no coffee or tea—yet I tolerated it because the room cost only £45. The shower door was hard to open and I worried I might get trapped inside, but I was later moved to a lovely room that smelled fresh and had all the amenities I needed. I slept well and the staff helped me catch a bus to the hospital on time for my treatment. I’d gladly stay again; the hotel was quiet, well‑located, and the people I met were so helpful. The positives far outweighed the earlier issues, and I’m grateful for everyone’s friendliness.
