For the $170 I paid for a single night, the main entrance room wasn’t air‑conditioned, so sitting in the nice chairs was unfeasible. The worn‑out carpet at the entrance looked like it was 80 years old. I waited twenty minutes while the front counter guy was running around trying to handle everything. When I finally reached my room, the door was hard to open after activation and slammed loudly when it closed on its own. This experience was worse than staying at Motel 6. I’m planning to stay at Motel 6 for half the cost, but at least I know what to expect; it’s very minimal. I’m fine with that for $70 or less.

There was mold in the room, and the service was bad.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport and my destination was a big plus, and the bed felt comfortable. However, only the bed and bathroom were clean; the carpet was filthy, there was a lot of dust, and trash was found behind the TV. One night I even spotted two cockroaches.

The staff kept my deposit even though nothing was wrong with my stay, and despite repeated calls I’m still being ignored.
