How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The inn sits in a gorgeous spot on the bay’s edge, and our bay‑view room was lovely even in the rain; however, there was no breakfast option, so we had to eat at a café in Ellsworth on the last morning, and the music playing all day and evening in the downstairs sitting room was quite intrusive, audible from the bedroom.

The hosts were wonderful, welcoming and attentive to our preferences, the view was spectacular, and it was very peaceful.

The location was wonderful, the hosts very friendly, and the breakfast excellent; unfortunately, the bed in the Lilac room was very small and uncomfortable, so I would still recommend the property but not that particular room.

The bed‑and‑breakfast was very pleasant and comfortable, the décor is a bit old‑fashioned but adds to the charm, Nicole and Matt are very welcoming hosts who quietly and effectively ensure everyone’s comfort, the house is ideally positioned for anyone wanting to explore Acadia National Park and its many hikes, and finally, the view from the house is incredible!

The view was the most beautiful and the place was very quiet, but the shower was very small.
