“Súper mega bien todo excelente”
Super good. Nothing else.
Everything was fine, except the closed viewpoint.
The place’s infrastructure is solid, the view from room OLOR is nice, the room smells of pure wood, and breakfast is fine.
The facilities are good.
“Avoid the Headache”
The location is great just outside town, the pools are nice (though sometimes crowded), and breakfast is good. I’m not fond of writing negative reviews, but this one feels necessary: on our last night the AC unit froze around 1 am and stopped working entirely, likely due to poor maintenance, making the room very warm, extremely humid, and we couldn’t sleep. Gerald, the night desk clerk, said there was no one else on the property and it was “too difficult” to move us to another room. The next morning maintenance took over the room to thaw the unit. At checkout we asked to speak with a manager, but no one was on site; Wilson, the desk clerk, called his manager Mr Vargas, who promised a refund for the inconvenience. A month later, after many back‑and‑forth messages and promises, nothing has happened. I would avoid the hassle of dealing with this hotel.
