The price was good. However, the manager refused to grant us a downstairs room for our disabled friend, claiming all downstairs rooms were occupied when they were not.

It was budget-friendly and close to my family. Unfortunately, the customer service was the worst among all Motel 6 locations I've visited. There was no continental breakfast as promised, the room was never cleaned, and the floor felt like walking on sand.
