I recently stayed at this hotel in the beautiful town of Shayan, and while it had its ups and downs, the positives definitely stood out. The location is stunning, with a breathtaking view from the hotel, and the breakfasts were sumptuous with a wide variety of options. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. However, I did find the pool water to be quite chilly, making it a bit difficult to swim.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which boasted a wonderful location, a spacious territory, and a lovely kids' pool and spa complex. However, I was disappointed to find that the restaurant was not operational during my visit.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, where everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, the breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the grounds were meticulously maintained and stunningly beautiful. To top it all off, I was able to unwind at the spa and catch a movie at the outdoor cinema, making me feel like I was in a fairy tale.

“Другий раз я не хочу приїжджати”

I had a somewhat mixed experience at this hotel. The location and grounds were excellent, and the staff, particularly Natalia, were very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the upgraded room I booked, as it didn't seem to offer any real improvements. The bed was quite firm, and the room lacked a table, chairs, and a sofa. Unfortunately, the room also had a torn linoleum floor and a broken light fixture.
