Breakfast was excellent, and Christian's service every morning was outstanding; he shared plenty of stories about Romania. The hotel’s original furniture gives it a very homely yet grand vibe. Nothing much else to say.

The room was great, old‑fashioned and spotless. The front‑desk woman was terrific with a great sense of humor. Breakfast room and food were excellent. It felt very safe, with a front gate that needed a code. The shower was small, but that’s expected in an older building.

The location and staff were terrific, the property was quiet and spotless, and the walk to key sites was easy; the room and bathroom were large. The breakfast covered all basics, though some items could use better quality. There’s no elevator, and the old‑world decor might not suit everyone’s taste.

From the outside it looks like a regular house, but inside it feels like a museum with antique furniture, high ceilings, and a small but lovely hotel bar that pays close attention to details—an amazing experience right in the middle of Bucharest with very friendly staff.

The hotel is fantastic, with a well‑kept vintage décor. Reception staff deserve special mention, especially Juana, who spoke our language and gladly answered all our questions, recommending great places to eat. Breakfast is quite basic, and the refills weren’t very frequent when items ran out.
