We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel and felt welcomed right away. The reception was the highlight: the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. In particular, the Italian‑speaking receptionist was fantastic! He helped us navigate the city, explained how to reach the main sights, and gave excellent tips on what to see, where to eat, and which places to visit in Frankfurt. His advice was very valuable and made our stay even better. The breakfast also deserves a special mention: it was very good, varied, and included fresh products. There was a great selection of both sweet and savory items, perfect for starting the day with energy. Overall, a very positive experience. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Frankfurt.

The huge suite was amazing, featuring a jacuzzi on the balcony, an infrared sauna, two bathrooms and two bedrooms each with a TV—everything was perfect. The only thing missing were champagne glasses.
