We received a welcome kit with several items. When we informed the front desk of our expected arrival time, nobody was there and no instructions were given for check‑in or check‑out; we waited over half an hour to resolve the issue.

Nothing. I didn’t stay a night. The bathroom was awful—broken, dirty, and the bed was on the floor. The air conditioning units outside the room were noisy. It’s hard to understand other reviews.

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and the quiet street kept outside noise low. The room was spacious and the staff let us in a bit earlier than expected—thanks. However, the cleanliness was mediocre; on the ground floor the room felt a bit dump with mold spots, especially in the bathroom. The mattress on the floor looked bad; a bed frame or DIY frame would improve the feel.

They treated us poorly, the stay was slow, and we were given a completely different room than the one we booked—photos didn’t match reality. It was very dirty, with mold in the bathroom; a disaster. I would not recommend it.
