The view and location were great, but the place was filthy and cold, with a lot of carpenters working there. We were supposed to have dinner that evening, yet it was so chilly we had to wear outerwear. Several windows had been removed for replacement, and carpenters were using drills and electric saws, making it an utterly terrible experience. This was our first time at Røst and we definitely won’t return. I complained that the door was loose and nothing was done about it; the staff seemed tired and uninterested. Breakfast on the travel day was not worth bragging about—she had forgotten butter and milk until after we finished. The price we paid was top‑level for the quality. Regards, Bjørn 90531098
