I left the same day. Horrible. It ruined my weekend with my family. Unfortunately, I have to file a complaint about the terrible conditions of the accommodation. In addition to the lack of cleanliness and the dirt found on the premises, I was extremely concerned about safety. The accommodation door did not close properly, and to make matters worse, there was no one at reception to provide support or resolve the issue. An accommodation should at least offer adequate cleanliness, safety, and assistance to guests, and unfortunately none of those requirements were satisfactorily met. The experience was extremely unpleasant and far below acceptable.

A very quiet place, easy to reach the center, staff very attentive and polite. I recommend it.

I appreciated the politeness and courtesy of some staff. The lodge is clearly under renovation. The bathroom in my unit had a horrible reek, possibly from poor cleaning or sewage; I assumed it was a one‑off because of the ongoing works. The snack bar always claimed it was out of soda because they were restocking, and every time I asked for something they gave the same reply. They didn’t replace towels, and it rained heavily while I noticed there was no housekeeper; the front desk lady had to step in, which is unacceptable for a lodge. Breakfast starts late, from 8 to 10, and that needs changing because some guests wake early and want coffee right away.
