The front‑desk lady who handled our check‑in and check‑out was incredibly friendly, and the night‑shift staff even wished my son a happy birthday; breakfast was excellent and the room was spotless. If we return to Austin, we’ll definitely book the same place again.

I was thoroughly disheartened to discover that the hotel's privacy policy was completely disregarded during my stay. The front desk staff gave out my room number to someone I didn't even know, which was completely unacceptable. This lack of discretion made me feel extremely uncomfortable and compromised my sense of security.
