The hotel’s tour desk arranges local excursions, while its tropical setting lies 20 minutes from D’Mall and 15 minutes by bike from Willy’s Rock.

How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was my first visit to Boracay and I’m glad I booked here. The staff, especially Ate Len, took great care of us, and the hotel dog Boo made our stay even better. We enjoyed their company so much; it’s a perfect spot if you want privacy in Boracay while still being near the beach. We’ll definitely miss the place, Ate Len and Boo! The only downside was the air conditioner.

The spot was great—central, with a lovely garden and staff who were both friendly and courteous, and breakfast turned out pretty good. The room itself was pretty basic and it would have been nice to have a fridge.

The place had a rustic charm and was just a short walk from the beach. The downside? The transport costs were absurd—airport to ferry, ferry to the island, then ferry to the port, and finally to the hotel, all for both directions.

I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is budget‑friendly and offers great value. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout. Wi‑Fi was solid, and the location is just a minute’s walk from the ocean. It sits in Station 3, a quieter area, but Station 2 is only about a 10‑minute walk away, so restaurants, shops, and other activities are still within easy reach. Special thanks to Bel for excellent support; she helped me with early check‑in around 6:00 AM and was very accommodating. Overall, it’s a comfortable, affordable, and convenient place to stay in Boracay, and I’d definitely consider returning.
