The breakfast was clean and offered a great selection, and the staff in the breakfast room were lovely.

The location was convenient near the falls, the room was spacious and in a quiet area as requested, and the bathroom was large with a generous countertop for toiletries, plus extra collapsible hooks on one wall—a handy touch since bathrooms usually lack enough hooks for towels and clothes. The room also had a microwave, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. Sarah at reception was very friendly and supplied plenty of information about evening events at the falls. Breakfast included both hot and cold items, fruit, and yogurts. The only downside was the parking fee of $10, which is cheaper than other hotels nearby but still an extra charge that shouldn’t exist. Getting to and from the hotel was a bit tricky because the main road was divided and required a U‑turn depending on direction, though traffic was light so it wasn’t a major issue. I would have liked a wider variety of breads at breakfast, such as wheat, multigrain, or dark bread, instead of only white, bagels, and muffins.

The hotel’s proximity to the falls, a casino, and numerous restaurants was a definite plus.
