We were welcomed by the smiling, helpful owners and a very cozy host; the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast plentiful, and the place is a 5‑minute drive from Osimo’s centre and about 20 minutes from the sea, highly recommended!

The owners were very welcoming and gave us useful tips on how to explore the area, the estate has a beautiful garden where you can sit if the weather allows, and our attic room was very spacious and had all the comforts (electric kettle, teas, disposable slippers, etc). Because of the “late” tourist season caused by the cool temperatures, there were a few things that needed fixing in the room, like the bathroom window being stuck, a bit of a closed‑in smell overall, but nothing serious.
