The room had a comfortable bed and high‑quality linens, the indoor and outdoor fireplaces were a nice touch, the entire staff was polite and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent, yet we stayed in the Pássaros location where the bathroom feels older and needs updating, the heater is loud, and the floor is slippery.

The service and overall hotel are very well maintained, but the parking is terrible and dark with a low wall that’s invisible at night, and the approach road is dirt; the hotel should pave it or take action.
