The location and room amenities—fridge and microwave—are good, but the staff should try harder to understand people who speak basic English. I asked on the first day to discount a day because I was leaving one day early (7 days instead of 8) and they denied it, so I paid for the unused day. The reception isn’t staffed continuously.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is close to major attractions, but the rooms were poor: the walls were grimy, the shower had empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, and they had to use used bottles from other rooms. At breakfast, the creamers were a month past their "use by" date. I heard other guests asking for shampoo, body wash, and more. We’ve stayed here several times, and each visit feels more worn down.

The room and bathroom were roomy and the location was good, but the hair dryer didn’t work, they never restocked shampoo even after I asked, housekeeping skipped my room for three days and didn’t replace towels. Breakfast was a disaster—staff seemed clueless, timings weren’t kept, the selection was minimal, and nothing was hot or cooked. They charged $5 per suitcase to store luggage after checkout. Overall, it was extremely overpriced for what was offered.
