“The staff were cheerful and really helpful. The hotel was in a wonderful location. It was good value for money.”
The beds were very comfortable, the towels were lovely, soft, and had an embroidered logo, and the rooms were cleaned daily without having to ask. The property felt tired: the baths were chipped, showers needed replacing, the lift lighting was very low and dark, and pressing a floor button caused a constant flash; finding the hotel was hard because the sign from the bottom road was excellent, but once on the correct street the name didn’t stand out.
