The facilities and pricing were satisfactory. However, the male front desk staff had issues: at check‑in, they spoke quickly and with poor enunciation. When I asked another staff member at night about the coin‑laundry location, I felt my voice was too low and was met with a “yes?” before I repeated myself, and I was told it was on the 5th floor. When I went up, the detergent was actually at the front desk, and I wish they’d mentioned that earlier.
