How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was good, but the rooms were unclean, windowless, and had a bad smell that didn’t go away because there was no ventilation. The noise insulation between rooms was poor, and overall the stay was not pleasant at all; I would not recommend going there.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot, looks tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful; I’d definitely recommend it 👍.

The place is within walking distance of the main sights, but the room was very basic, lacking towels and toilet paper, which is typical for some small budget hotels.

It would have been nicer if they had supplied a complimentary bottle of water, a shampoo sachet, and oil, yet the staff service and toilet cleaning were good. The location is very close to the Golden Temple and other tourist spots, offering a budget-friendly stay overall. However, the room paint was peeling and the staircase was a bit cramped for luggage.
