“Very clean, reasonably priced B&B in a good neighborhood close to stores, restaurants”

Breakfast was good. The location was ideal for me because it was close to my family’s apartment. I liked that they provided clean towels each day. The owner was very accommodating with my requests, putting a mini refrigerator in the room, which was much appreciated. The A/C worked well during the heat wave. The porch was handy for drying clothes. The soundproofing was great, especially since the room faced a busy street. I had thought the room would be a bit larger and the espresso machine was actually inside the room instead of the public hall. It is a long walk from the front door on the street to the elevator.

“Grazie!!”

We had a truly pleasant stay at this B&B. The owner is a wonderful person: always smiling, attentive, and helpful, she welcomed us with great kindness and made us feel at home. A special compliment goes to the breakfast, rich, genuine, and prepared with great care. It was a real pleasure to start each morning with excellent products in such a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for the hospitality and courtesy; we will gladly return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a family‑friendly environment. The only small downside was the noise from the doors being closed a bit too energetically in the early morning, slightly disturbing sleep, but it did not affect the overall quality of the stay, which was very positive.
