Mari and her son Yan were warm and genuinely kind, making the welcome feel personal; the location is ideal, right by the market and the sea, and breakfast is lovingly prepared by the family, though the fruit selection falls short of many resorts. We were upgraded to a suite with a stunning view, and there’s nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was wonderful, the shower was warm with plenty of water, the bed was comfortable and everything had a clean smell, but there were some gaps in the window in the room.

My mother and I had a fantastic weekend at the lodge; Mari and Ian are amazing hosts who serve the best breakfast you’ll ever taste, the room was comfortable and super clean, you can see their care in every detail, the location is very strategic right next to the Brasília market, and I highly recommend it.
