“Mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più”
The bed was too soft, the stairs were steep, the lights near the bed didn’t work because there was no bulb, the TV was useless, a single large towel was stained, and the toilet didn’t flush waste.

The location was 20 minutes on foot from the tourist centre. The window was broken and it was 3 °C (outside temperature) in the bathroom. Nothing was fixed despite messages, and the phone operator was very unpleasant. DO NOT STAY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET SICK! The shower was either freezing or scalding! No comfort or heating, mold around the windows, constant cold – good luck to future guests, this place should be shut down! I started a complaint procedure.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the heater worked. The room smelled old and was closed off; despite what other reviews said about a disastrous situation, it was still disappointing. The sheets and towels were stained (they need to be changed, no need to bring them to laundry), and they installed a shower device that releases little water – if you don’t set it right it will either freeze or burn you.

The shower was lovely and the beds were comfortable, but aside from the en suite the room felt a little dated.

The location was good – shops, restaurants, and a bus to the centre were all within walking distance. It was fine for one night but didn’t offer good value for the price. The facilities were very basic, it wasn’t very clean, and it was very cramped.
