I was happy with the ocean view and the easy access; the private parking was a plus. Nothing else to note.

The location was very good, quiet, ocean view, and my room was clean. The common areas could have been cleaner.

The breakfast was good and the location was spot on, knowing I was in Estoril and the train to Lisbon is easy. Everything else could be better, but it was the expected option for a stay in a place we might call social.
