The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked how private and quiet it was. The location was a bit far from the station.

The room was clean and, although it was a smoking room, there was no smell. Despite telling them I use a wheelchair, there was a fairly high step at the entrance and another step inside the room, which made things inconvenient.

I had an excellent experience with the room service food at this hotel, but I was a bit taken aback by the unique check-out process, which involves using a terminal with only Japanese language options. This meant I was locked in the room until I managed to figure out how to use the terminal to check out. Overall, the food was a highlight, but the check-out process was a bit of an adventure.

I was blown away by the stylish amenities in my room, including a massage chair and a large bathtub - it was truly the highlight of my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its luxurious feel and attention to detail.

One of the standout features of this hotel was the large TV in the room, but unfortunately, the inconsistent service from the staff left a lot to be desired. It seemed like there was a lack of communication and sharing of information among the staff, which made my stay a bit confusing. Despite the large TV, the service issues were a major drawback.
