The bedroom was a good size with an en suite, but the main road was a bit noisy.

While staying at The Frontier, I had a mishap with the electric car boot lid that left a gash on my head and caused a lot of bleeding. I went back into the hotel for help and their response was second to none: first aid, reassurance, a cup of tea, and access to my room so I could shower off the blood. In times of crisis we see the true face of any establishment, and I would give The staff of the Frontier 10 out of 10 for this. We had two four‑year‑old children with autism with us and the staff went out of their way to help. The people make or break a place, and I commend all of the staff for making our stay amazing—from the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff, thank you.

The facilities were first‑rate, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient and easy to find. There was nothing to dislike about the property.

The staff were excellent and the food fantastic, with no compromise on portion size for any meal. The rooms were excellent for cleanliness, but the decor in the actual rooms was a bit outdated.
