The stay offered great value for money; staff were very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. The main issue was the room’s poor sound insulation, as you could clearly hear conversations and foot traffic in the hallway, which can bother light sleepers.

We had a small problem in the first room that was quickly fixed. The location is excellent, and I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for good value, honest service, and easy access to the beach, markets, pharmacies, and the best restaurants in Natal. We liked it a lot and would definitely return. In the first room, there was mold on the wall of the neighboring room against the window, and the sheets and pillows smelled used. They swapped us to another room and the rest was excellent.

The front‑desk staff were polite. The whole hotel is extremely old, my room smelled of mold, I was moved to another room that was also moldy, and I was told there was nothing that could be done. Do not stay here!
