The place was fine, but there was no lift.

The hotel’s location is good and the staff were friendly, but the carpets in the stairwell were old and dirty.

Check‑in went smoothly, but we were given a room on the second floor and climbing the winding stairs was hard, especially with a cat sleeping on them—so avoid if you’re allergic. If you need easy access to your room, choose a place with an elevator. The evening front desk staff were not friendly at all, the only good thing was the location.

The hotel was spotless, the welcome was excellent, parking was available either included or not, it’s close to the city centre and a underground parking lot, but some guests act like they’re at home and make noise that bothers others.
